Returns & Exchanges Policy for HOME SECURE LTD
This policy applies to all returned or exchanged items, with separate terms for shipped products and on-site service products.
1. Shipped Products
- Eligibility: Unopened, unused, and undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Customized products (e.g., pre-configured CCTV systems) are non-returnable unless defective.
- Defective Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery if a product is faulty. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs) upon verification.
- Process:
- Email Kevin1WilliamJones@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item in original packaging to: [Return Address, e.g., 5 Brookfield Drive, Liverpool, L9 7AJ], clearly marked with the RA number.
- Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
2. On-Site Service Products
- Cancellations/Returns: On-site services (e.g., installations, maintenance) may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 25% fee to cover technician scheduling costs.
- Service Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, notify us within 3 days. We will re-schedule the service at no additional cost to address issues, provided they result from our workmanship.
3. Non-Returnable Items/Cases
- Shipped products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear.
- On-site services completed as agreed, unless proven defective due to our negligence.
- Digital products (e.g., software licenses) or personalized items.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer’s responsibility.
