At HOME SECURE LTD, we strive to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of your security products. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our delivery process for all shipped items, including CCTV systems, alarms, sensors, and other security equipment. Please review these terms before placing your order.

1. Delivery Eligibility

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom (GB). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders must be shipped to a valid residential or commercial address where someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or special-order items (e.g., pre-configured access control systems) may require 3-5 business days for processing, with estimated timelines provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Methods and Timelines

We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your products safely. Delivery timelines depend on your location:
  • Mainland UK: 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Remote Areas: 5-7 business days from dispatch (additional transit time may apply).
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress via the courier’s website.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Orders over £100: Free standard shipping to mainland UK addresses.
  • Orders under £100: A flat fee of £9.99 applies for mainland UK.
  • Remote Areas: Additional fees may apply (e.g., Scottish Highlands: £15; Northern Ireland: £12). These will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. Delivery Requirements

  • A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items (e.g., CCTV systems over £200) to ensure secure receipt.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot (usually within 7 days to avoid return to sender).
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivered and signed for, or left at your address per your request.

6. Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-shipping fee (equal to the original shipping cost) will apply.
  • If you do not respond within 14 days of notification, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at Kevin1WilliamJones@outlook.com, including photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged/missing items at no additional cost, following verification.

8. International Shipping
